Job Summary: Seeking an Engineering Technician to support manufacturing and process engineering activities in a hands-on production environment. Key Responsibilities:
Set up and operate processing equipment.
Support process characterization and Design of Experiments (DOE).
Conduct production and test runs and document results.
Monitor, audit, and provide technical guidance to line operators.
Prepare records, charts, and graphs to analyze production results.
Identify yield problems and support process troubleshooting.
Provide technical assistance to process development and engineering teams.
Support process improvement, optimization, and new product testing.
