This is a great chance to work in a dynamic, growing company with excellent overtime opportunities and long-term career prospects.Key ResponsibilitiesCarry out planned, preventative, and reactive maintenance on production machineryDiagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faultsSupport production teams to resolve technical issues quickly and minimize downtimePerform daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance checks and inspectionsAssist with new equipment installations and site improvementsMaintain accurate records and documentationEnsure all work complies with Health & Safety regulationsCollaborate with the engineering and production teams to prioritise maintenance tasksExperience & QualificationsPrevious experience in a manufacturing or production environmentMulti-skilled with a mechanical biasCity & Guilds qualification or time-served apprenticeship desirableElectrical and/or mechanical qualifications advantageousStrong fault-finding and problem-solving skillsAbility to read electrical drawings is highly desirableExperience using hand tools and power toolsBasic welding skills beneficial (training available)Skills & AttributesLogical and analytical approach to problem-solvingStrong attention to detail and proactive mindsetGood computer literacy for maintenance documentationComfortable working at height when requiredTeam player with excellent communication skillsFlexible and adaptable to changing production needsWorking Pattern40 hours per week – Monday to FridayRotating shifts: 6:00am – 2:00pm / 2:00pm – 10:00pmOvertime and weekend cover availableEnhanced overtime ratesApply TodayJob FeaturesJob Category Featured, Permanent#J-18808-Ljbffr
