Seeking a highly detail-oriented Battery Assembler for a leader in space-grade lithium-ion batteries in Longmont, CO.
- Perform assembly of Li-ion batteries, including soldering, resistive welding, coating, epoxy application, crimping, and wiring using small tools and microscopes.
- Follow detailed work instructions, mechanical drawings, and quality standards within a low-volume, high-mix aerospace environment.
- Assist and train team members, support traceability and quality processes, and maintain workspace organization.
- Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, ability to obtain certifications in NASA and IPC standards, and experience in clean rooms or high-tech industries preferred.
- Must be able to stand, bend, reach, differentiate colors, and work safely with potentially harmful materials; overtime and flexible hours may be required.
