We are hiring an Engineering Technician to own the hands-on build, run, and maintenance of the Materials Team's hardware and reliability test programs. The goal is to offload manual test execution so our engineers can focus on design, modeling, and analysis. This is a hands-on lab role for someone who likes to build, instrument, and run tests at high throughput, maintain rigorous data quality, and grow their skills across thermal and reliability testing. In addition, the Engineering Technician will: Build and assemble test fixtures and apparatus: mechanical assembly, wiring, and sensor/actuator install per BOM; design basic fixtures; calibrate equipment and run acceptance checks Run benchtop test sequences end-to-end: setup, instrument hookup (thermocouples, sensors, cameras), execution, data capture, and basic processing Monitor running tests daily; log and escalate anomalies; perform first-line fault fixing across mechanical, fluidic, and electrical subsystems Maintain test stations,...Technician, Engineer, Materials, Mechanical, Technical, Manufacturing, Technology
