    Description

    Duties

    You will liaison with building occupants, engineers, shop personnel, public works, and contractors coordinating outages, work requirements, and schedules to deconflict constraints.

    You will prepare scopes of work, specifications, cost estimates, and schedules for executionand track / monitor status, working to maintain schedule, making determinations of required project deviation and taking corrective action as required.

    You will perform field investigations to investigate, review, analyze, and offer condition assessments and other facility related recommendations for improvement.

    You will be responsible for overseeing renovations in all facility spaces to include offices, test facilities, laboratories, computer rooms, and industrial warehouses.

    You will support emergency repairs and associated service restoration while ensuring compliance with applicable safety requirements.

    You will assist with building system equipment inventories for electrical distribution, HVAC, mechanical, plumbing, fire protection, controls, and utilities and support development / execution of preventive and corrective maintenance requirements.

    You will manage various Sustainment, Restoration and Modernization (SRM) requirements, serving as technical representative for varying facility maintenance, repair, utility infrastructure, and construction projects.
