Engineering Technician – Night Shift Position Summary The Engineering Technician at Concord, NC supports Parenteral Operations by ensuring efficient setup and operation of Pre-Filled Syringe and Isolator Equipment, including hands‑on maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and ongoing upkeep.Key Responsibilities Promote a safety‑first, quality‑always culture in all tasks and interactionsImprove equipment uptime, line efficiency, and overall equipment effectiveness (OEE)Perform condition monitoring, troubleshooting, and provide operational supportDiagnose and repair precision filling equipment with strong mechanical aptitudeCollaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve equipment issues promptlyAssist with equipment setup and changeovers to support production needsAdhere to all GMP and quality standardsQuickly and accurately diagnose root causes and implement corrective actions to minimize downtimeAccurately document maintenance activities and corrective actionsSupport cross‑functional tasks and assist outside primary responsibilities as neededWork independently and manage priorities under pressureBasic Qualifications High school diploma or GEDMinimum of 5 years' experience in production maintenanceStrong mechanical aptitude and hands‑on technical skillsProficient with basic hand toolsDetail‑oriented with a commitment to quality and precisionFamiliarity with safety protocols and proper PPE usagePhysically able to stand for extended periodsEffective team player with strong interpersonal skillsQualified applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a full‑time basis.
