    • Production Machine Support: Install, operate, and maintain production machines; troubleshoot and resolve issues.
    • Facilities Repairs & Maintenance: Perform general upkeep and repair of facilities and equipment.
    • Training: Assist in training and mentoring junior team members or operators on system operation and safety procedures.
    • Documentation: Assist with maintaining accurate records of build processes, testing, and repair procedures.
    • No task is too small: Be prepared to support all aspects of operations where necessary, including deliveries and general maintenance.

    Requirements

    Experience and Skills Required:

    • Mechanical and Electrical: Ability to assemble, test, and troubleshoot electromechanical systems; mechanical fabrication, welding, soldering, and circuit troubleshooting experience is a plus.
    • Equipment Maintenance: Experience maintaining and repairing industrial or technical equipment.
    • Computer Skills: Proficiency in using computers for data entry, documentation, and communication; familiarity with CAD/CAM software is a plus.

    Experience and Skills Preferred:

    • Robotics: Previous experience in robotics, especially in a complex manufacturing or logistics setting.
    • 3D Printing & CNC Operation: Familiarity with 3D printing technology and CNC machine operation for prototyping.
    • Testing: Practical experience with testing systems, equipment, or prototypes to validate functionality and performance.
    • Data Entry & Documentation: Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately document build processes, tests, and maintenance logs.

    Qualifications:

    • Education: Minimum of a 2-year degree in a technical field (Mechanical Engineering Technology, Mechatronics, Robotics, Electrical Engineering Technology, or similar).
    • Experience: At least 5 years of relevant experience, with a strong preference for candidates with prior experience in robotics.
    • Travel: Ability to travel approximately 30% of the time for field support and on-site work.
    • Physical: Comfortable performing tasks that may involve bending, reaching, standing, and working on your feet for extended periods; must be able to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds.
