Job Description
You will develop or coordinate development of programming for control of measuring systems to verify that propellers and propulsors satisfy ultra precise tolerance requirements.
You will ensure that data acquisition density is adequate but not excessive for definition of actual part geometry and fairness.
You will develop or coordinate development or programming for data reduction and reporting.
You will perform detailed evaluations of new processes or innovative variations to existing processes for the purpose of improving operations.
You will be familiar with the VA and CLB component hydrodynamic analysis packages including Propval and PIER Fit.
You will be a senior tech and as such be considered a mentor and teach newer employees helping to make them more efficient and knowledgeable.
