You will act as the first-line Engineering support contact for advanced troubleshooting of engineering software, peripherals, and high-performance workstations, coordinating escalation with Information and Communication Technology (ICT) as needed.

You will coordinate with ICT for advanced functional support for engineering software, specialized peripherals, and high-performance workstations by serving as an initial point of contact within Engineering for troubleshooting and user assistance.

You will monitor engineering systems, support incident response and on-call recovery, and assist in rapid diagnosis and resolution in collaboration with Information and Communication Technology (ICT) teams.

You will Manage engineering hardware standards and workstation specifications, coordinating with Information and Communication Technology (ICT) for onboarding, refresh cycles, provisioning, and peripheral requirements.

You will develop and maintain automation and scripting solutions using approved platforms to improve reliability, streamline deployments, and reduce downtime, while ensuring compliance with Information and Communication Technology (ICT) standards.

You will identify and implement operational improvements, coordinating with Information and Communication Technology (ICT) for technical automation needs and ensuring alignment with enterprise guidelines.
