Description

R&D Partners is seeking to hire an Engineering Technology Lead in Durham, NC.

Your main responsibilities as an Engineering Technology Lead:

  • Maintain a high degree of understanding and awareness of internal and external developments.
  • Ensure Lean systems and practices are in place, driving continuous improvement.
  • Coach peers across company about combination products for enhanced performance and development.
  • Lead development activities for responsible products or projects.
  • Implement new practices to drive value and improve standards.

What we are looking for in an Engineering Technology Lead:

  • Advanced level degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Engineering, or similar relevant discipline.
  • +10 years of experience in packaging engineering with a focus on secondary packaging design and development for combination products.
  • Demonstrated expertise in design controls methodology, including risk management and verification activities.
  • Knowledge of CAD tools and simulation software (e.g., Finite Element Analysis) for predictive modeling of packaging performance.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Pay Scale:

$149,044- $186,314 Dependent on Experience)
