Job Title: ENGINEERING TEST TECHNICIAN
Location: Tucson, AZ 85745
Duration: 12 Months

Position s Contributions to Work Group:
- Support test and validation activities on large mining equipment.
- Test validation validating the functionality of the software; common area carrying out the requirements; system level testing; large mining truck; working with the mechanics

Reason/motivation for request:
- Backfill

Typical task breakdown:
- Plan, execute, and document machine level testing.
Interaction with team:
- Daily interaction with engineers, mechanics, operators, instrumentation technicians, supply chain, and logistics.
Team Structure
- 3 team leaders, several senior engineers, and several junior engineers.
Work environment:
- 20% office and 80% on your feet either in the shop or local field.
- PPE gear boots, glasses, uniform
Education & Experience Required:
- Years of experience: 1-2 years
- Degree requirement: B.S. engineering ,
- no 2 year degrees,
- Do you accept internships as job experience: Yes
- Are there past or additional job titles or roles that would provide comparable background to this role: mechanic, construction, landscaping
