Job Summary: This posision provides direct support for students, parents and families of Entlish Lanuage Learners. He/She may complete or assist in the completion of the semi-annual grant certification.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS Required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand, walk, and sit. The employee is occasionally required to climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
WORK ENVIRONMENT The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
MENTAL FUNCTIONS Regularly required to analyze, communicate and use interpersonal skills. Frequently required to compare, copy, coordinate, instruct, compute and compile. Occasionally required to synthesize, evaluate and negotiate.
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
REASONING ABILITY:
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES: Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with staff, students and parents; skill in oral and written communication.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, and the ability to adjust focus. The ability to travel to other building is required. The position requires the individual to sometimes work irregular or extended work hours and meet multiple demands from several people.
