New River Community College (NRCC) is a comprehensive community college located in the New River Valley of Virginia. The English Language Learner (ELL) Instructor is responsible for planning, developing, and delivering instructional lessons that support English language acquisition.
Major duties, responsibilities, and qualifications (may include, but will not be limited to, the following):

May be required to perform other duties as assigned. May be required to assist the agency or state government generally in the event of an emergency declaration by the Governor.
KSA's/Required Qualifications
Candidates must possess strong oral and written communication skills and demonstrate the ability to work effectively with a diverse population of students, faculty, staff, and members of the public in a professional, inclusive, and student-focused environment.
Additional Considerations
A Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited institution
Experience with teaching English, especially to non-native speakers.
