English Language Learning Teacher - Elementary
License: English as a Second Language (#1395) Required; with Spanish (#1365) Preferred

The Beaver Dam Unified School District seeks a full time teacher to serve our English Language Learners, starting the 2026-27 school year. The successful applicant will have the opportunity to serve students in a well-paying, highly collaborative, and progressive district.
Support ELL students of various English levels in the general classroom setting.
Support classroom teachers in modifying assignments for ELL students.
Work with a team of tutors to plan and provide services and supports to meet diverse learning needs
Support classroom teachers in differentiating instruction to meet student needs
Provide interventions and progress-monitoring for ELL students
Facilitate ACCESS testing and using English proficiency data to guide instruction
Promote bilingualism and culturally responsive practices
Most supported students speak Spanish, so the ability to speak Spanish to communicate with the students is preferred.
Serve on student intervention and problem-solving teams
