Supporting English Instruction at Lakeside High School

The English SIP Team Lead supports SIP Team work connected to English instruction at Lakeside High School. This role supports planning, communication, and follow-up between staff and building administration.

Terms of Employment and Salary

As outlined by and in accordance with the collective bargaining agreement (CBA) of Nine Mile Falls Education Association (NMEA) and the Policies and Procedures of Nine Mile Falls School District. Stipend: $1,676 for the 2026-2027 school year, paid in accordance with the NMEA Collective Bargaining Agreement, Appendix B - Supplemental Salary Schedule.

The English SIP Team Lead serves as a certificated staff member on the Lakeside High School SIP Team. The position supports English department input, professional learning planning, and follow-up connected to building improvement work.

Location: Lakeside High School

Employment Period: 2026/27 School Year

Primary Job Functions

• Attends Lakeside High School SIP Team meetings.
• Brings teacher input related to English instruction into SIP Team discussions.
• Shares SIP Team information with staff as appropriate.
• Supports planning related to English instruction and student learning.
• Works with building administration on SIP-related tasks as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Requirements (Traits, Education, Certifications, Experience, Training, physical requirements, etc.)

• Current certificated staff member of Nine Mile Falls School District.
• Current assignment or experience in English Language Arts.
• Ability to attend Lakeside High School SIP Team meetings.

Desired Qualifications

• Experience with English instruction or instructional planning.
• Dependable communication and follow-through.
• Ability to work collaboratively with staff and administration.
