Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with state standards.
- Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment for all students.
- Assess and monitor student progress through regular evaluations and feedback.
- Collaborate with colleagues and parents to enhance student learning experiences.
- Utilize innovative teaching methods and technology to facilitate learning.
- Maintain classroom discipline and promote positive behavior among students.
- Participate in professional development and training opportunities.
- Organize and lead extracurricular activities to enrich student engagement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher and state teaching certification
- Previous experience teaching ENGLISH and/or LANGUAGE at the K-12 level
- A committed Christian with a demonstrated alignment with the school's mission and values.
- Experience in a classroom setting

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for teaching and a commitment to student success.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet diverse student needs.
- Proficient in using educational technology and tools.
- Positive attitude and dedication to fostering a collaborative environment.
