Answer phones for both English and World Languages and Cultures Depts.
Office coverage
Help with professor projects
Direct students with questions/assist students to register for classes
Check copy paper quantity for 2nd EH floor copier
Run errands
Create course slides to advertise on Cool Signs on 2nd and 4th EH floors (keep current)
Keep all dept. information sheets and business cards stocked
Make copies of syllabi, assignments, and other for faculty and staff
Scan documents
Website management
Order and tracking of deskcopies
Create flyers to advertise new classes and post around campus
Post flyers in EH and/or around campus
Post & keep bulletin boards on 1st and 4th EH floors clean and current
Deliver mail to 2nd and 4th EH floor faculty mailboxes
Post announcements to English & Foreign Language Facebook
Filing

This position is 50/50 eligible, student must be enrolled full-time and have at least a 2.0 GPA in order to qualify.
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Good Time management skills and work ethic (punctual and reliable)
Efficient typing skills
Exceptional interpersonal & communication skills, both verbal and written
Phone etiquette
Computer literate: Microsoft Word, Facebook, etc.
