The Monday.com Developer is responsible for designing, building, and supporting scalable solutions within the monday.com Work Management platform. This role partners with business stakeholders, product managers, and functional teams to translate business requirements into efficient, user-friendly workflows and digital solutions. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of hands-on experience within monday.com, with expertise in solution architecture, board design, workflow optimization, and platform governance. They will create and maintain solutions that support intake, execution, reporting, and portfolio management processes across the organization.
This individual will serve as a key resource for designing and enhancing monday.com solutions that improve operational efficiency, increase visibility into work, and support business transformation initiatives. They will collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, recommend scalable approaches, implement new capabilities, and continuously improve existing solutions. The role requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to balance technical platform expertise with business process improvement objectives.
In addition, the Monday.com Developer will contribute to continuous platform innovation by evaluating new capabilities, integration opportunities and automation enhancements within the monday.com ecosystem. The successful candidate will support solution delivery from requirements through deployment, provide ongoing platform support, and help drive user adoption through effective documentation, training, and stakeholder engagement. Strong communication, collaboration, and analytical skills are essential for delivering solutions that create measurable business value and enable operational excellence.
