Description

Provide support in all areas of the the paint, plastics, bodyweld and press departments. Will manage overall department administrative support. This includes: - Budgeting accounts( projects, purchase orders, travel and team relations -consolidate monthly acccruals for shops -updating boards, support laminatin, cutting, and posting (visual needs for boards) -IS request -creating production team member floor files for new hires - ordering supplies and delievery -Track paint suits -lunch orders and delievery -support audits in several categories : MCAP, environmental, QMS, Australian transportation - responisble for rsponding to request for support in scheduling travel air/rental car/hotel -expense reports -record retention scheduling conference rooms and meetings support level 4 Ringi"s

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $26.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
