Job Title: ENOVIA Solution Architect
Location: Plymouth, MN | Onsite
Salary: $150K $160K/Annum
Pay Rate: $70 $80/hr C2C

Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced ENOVIA Solution Architect to administer, configure, and enhance the ENOVIA/3DEXPERIENCE PLM platform. The role will support PLM operations, engineering change processes, data governance, implementations, and continuous improvement within an engineering/manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer ENOVIA configurations, workflows, lifecycles, roles, permissions, and security.
• Configure PLM modules based on business and engineering requirements.
• Support data migration, validation, integrations, UAT, deployment, and go-live activities.
• Manage BOM structures, engineering changes (ECR/ECO/ECN), requirements, and product lifecycle data.
• Ensure data governance, traceability, and digital thread integrity.
• Troubleshoot user issues and provide training and documentation.
• Collaborate with Engineering, IT/PLM teams, Product Owners, and system integrators.
• Drive system enhancements, automation, performance improvements, and PLM roadmap initiatives.
  

Required Skills:

• Hands-on ENOVIA / 3DEXPERIENCE experience preferred.
• Strong PLM experience with ENOVIA, Agile PLM, Windchill, or Teamcenter.
• Strong understanding of BOM, Engineering Change Management, and PLM processes.
• Experience with workflows, objects, roles, configurations, and data governance.
• Understanding of NPI/product development and engineering/manufacturing environments.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  

Preferred:

• ENOVIA implementation or migration experience.
• Dassault 3DEXPERIENCE architecture knowledge.
• Requirements Management, Digital Thread/Digital Twin exposure.
• Agile/SAFe experience.
