Enrichment Instructors - After Schoool

Performs duties to implement enrichment programming at the 21t Century Community Learning

Center using a project or theme-based approach. Activities provided to students need to be engaging, enriching and fun.

Enrichment subject areas may include but are not limited to music, performance/drama, visual arts, literacy, foreign

language, social studies, science, engineering, technology, and mathematics. The afterschool hours provide an ideal time

and place to get students excited about learning to pursue interests, help develop self-confidence, and explore new talents

in areas that may not be addressed during the regular school day.

This is a grant-funded position that is under the guidance and supervision of the Principal and Director of Special

Education and Pupil Services.

Responsible for coordinating and ensuring full implementation of designated enrichment activities at the CLC.

Collaborate with CLC site supervisor and other community partners when needed.

The 21st Century Community Learning Center Grant Enrichment Instructors shall have a Wisconsin

Department of Public Instruction Professional license. The candidate shall have experience implementing a new program

within the school setting. The candidate shall have successful experience understanding the development of elementary

students. Preference will be given to those who hold a Bachelors degree preferably in the area of education.
