The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and leading engaging music classes and activities for participants of all ages. **Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Music, Education, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in teaching music to individuals or groups.
- Strong knowledge of musical theory and various musical genres.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles.
- Passion for music and the ability to inspire and motivate others.
**Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement music lesson plans and curriculum that cater to the diverse needs of participants.
- Instruct students on music fundamentals, techniques, and skills development.
- Organize and supervise music-related events, performances, and showcases.
- Monitor and assess participant progress, providing feedback and support as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
- Stay current on music trends, teaching methodologies, and best practices in music education.
**Additional Requirements:**
- Certification in music education or a related field is a plus.
- Experience working with diverse populations and age groups is preferred.
- Ability to play multiple musical instruments is an advantage.
