Enrichment Partner (Caregiver) All Benevilla Adult Day Programs - Surprise, Sun City & Peoria, AZ $15.65 per hour non-negotiable due to contract rates.
Schedule: Availability to work as needed between 8am to 5pm weekdays (Monday–Friday) (Programs closed evenings and weekends) Make a Difference Every Day. Create Meaningful Moments. At Benevilla, our mission is simple: Enrich lives.
As an On Call Enrichment Partner, you will:
Support members in engaging, meaningful enrichment activities.
Assist with personal care and daily living needs.
Build positive, respectful relationships with members and teammates.
Help maintain a safe, welcoming, and structured environment.
Provide coverage support based on member ratio needs.
What You’ll Need:
Reliable transportation to the Peoria, Sun City, or Surprise area.
High school diploma or GED.
1–2 years of current or recent caregiving or adult day program experience (dementia experience a plus).
Ability to pass a background check.
Current, unexpired Fingerprint Clearance Card, CPR certification, TB clearance, First Aid, Food Handlers Card, and Article 9 certification. (We provide assistance with costs).
