Enrichment Partner (Caregiver)
All Benevilla Adult Day Programs - Surprise, Sun City & Peoria, AZ
$15.65 per hour non-negotiable due to contract rates
Schedule: 10am to 4pm, Monday–Friday.
(Programs closed evenings and weekends.)

As an On Call Enrichment Partner, you will:
- Support members in engaging, meaningful enrichment activities.
- Assist with personal care and daily living needs.
- Build positive, respectful relationships with members and teammates.
- Help maintain a safe, welcoming, and structured environment.
- Provide coverage support based on member ratio needs.
What You’ll Need:
- Reliable transportation to the Peoria, Sun City, or Surprise area.
- High school diploma or GED.
- 1–2 years of current or recent caregiving or adult day program experience (dementia experience a plus).
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Current, unexpired Fingerprint Clearance Card, CPR certification, TB clearance, First Aid, Food Handlers Card, and Article 9 certification. (We provide assistance with costs).
