Location: Novi, MI
Salary: $30-$50/hour

Key Responsibilities for the Enrolled Agent (EA)

• Prepare complex individual (1040) tax returns
• Analyze tax documents and identify filing considerations
• Handle returns involving K-1s, investments, rental properties, and multi-state income
• Communicate directly with clients regarding tax matters and required documentation
• Research tax issues and provide compliance support
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations

Qualifications for the Enrolled Agent (EA)

• Active Enrolled Agent (EA) designation
• 5+ years of individual tax preparation experience
• Strong experience preparing complex 1040 returns independently
• Experience with K-1s, investments, and multi-state returns preferred
