Status: Full-Time Months Worked: 12 Month Job Summary:

Reporting to the Sr. VP & Chief Strategy Officer, the Enrollment Analytics and Narrative Coordinator is an entry-level position responsible for collecting, organizing, and interpreting enrollment data; developing visual reports and dashboards; and translating data into clear, actionable narratives that support informed strategies for student recruitment, support, and retention.

Required Qualifications:

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. Bachelor's degree required in Film, Media Studies, Communications, or a related field.

  2. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to present information clearly to different audiences.

  3. Experience working with data in everyday tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, or similar applications - or willingness to learn quickly.

  4. Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all work products.

  5. Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and build positive working relationships.

  6. Employment is contingent upon a satisfactory background check. Candidates for hire will be required to sign a waiver authorizing the background check.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. Related skills in visual communication, narrative structure, and audience-centered storytelling.

  2. Experience with data visualization or design tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).

  3. Coursework or project experience involving research, visual storytelling, documentary production, or information design.

  4. Familiarity with higher education environments, whether through coursework, internships, or campus involvement.

  5. Experience writing or producing content for diverse audiences.
