The Enrollment Counselor serves as the primary point of contact for prospective ODUGlobal students from warm handoff through class start. Using a consultative sales framework, the Counselor helps prospective students explore their educational and professional goals, determine ODU's fit, and progress through the enrollment funnel. By providing proactive, personalized guidance, Enrollment Counselors drive key performance outcomes-converting inquiries to applicants, admits to confirmations, and confirmations to class starts-while ensuring each student receives responsive and supportive service. The Enrollment Counselors collaborates with admissions, financial aid, the registrar, and academic departments to ensure a seamless enrollment experience and a successful transition to academic advising.

Conditions of Employment
This is a restricted, one-year appointment, remote position, requiring a traditional 40-hour work week. Computer equipment will be supplied for remote work; high-speed internet is the responsibility of the employee.
Annual Salary/Hourly Rate Salary range between $ - $45,000 - $51,560
