Enrollment Provider Admin needs 1–2 years of experience in business environment.
Enrollment Admin requires:
Proficient in the use of MS Office products.
Ability to learn new software programs quickly.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with co-workers and providers.
Proven ability to work well individually and as a team member.
Organizational skills.
Strong attention to detail.
High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree or higher preferred.
1–2 years of experience in business environment.
Provider credentialing experience a plus.
Enrollment Admin duties:
- Enter and maintain provider applications, revalidations, and updates into the system.
- Enter and maintain all provider information into database.
- Verify required documentation.
- Meet established turnaround times and accuracy rates.
- Outreach providers via email and by phone.
- Assist providers with resolving Provider Enrollment issues and inquiries.
- Assist with other duties as assigned.
- Complies with all policies and standards.
