About Our Client: Addison Group is partnering with a leading organization in the specialty pharmacy sector to hire an Enrollment Representative. This is a long-term contract opportunity through March 2026, ideal for professionals with a background in pharmacy claims, insurance verification, and patient enrollment

Job Description: This role supports the intake and enrollment of patients by accurately entering data, verifying insurance coverage, resolving claim issues, and collaborating with internal pharmacy teams. This is a hybrid position, requiring 2–3 days onsite per week in Elk Grove Village, IL.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately input patient enrollment data into internal systems
• Verify insurance eligibility and benefits using payer portals
• Investigate and resolve rejected pharmacy claims for new and existing patients
• Collaborate with admissions and pharmacy departments to streamline patient intake
• Maintain clear and complete documentation of all enrollment actions

Qualifications:

• Active Pharmacy Technician License
• Active National Certification
• 2+ years of experience in a pharmacy or home infusion setting – PBM or pharmacy experience required
• Solid understanding of insurance benefit verification, pharmacy claims, and payer systems
• Familiarity with tools such as Availity, insurance portals, and payer guidelines
• Experience working with a range of payers (Commercial, Medicaid, limited Medicare)
• Prior authorization and reimbursement experience a plus (3+ years preferred)
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams

Additional Details:

• Contract role through March 2026
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM CST
• Work Setup: Hybrid – 2 to 3 days onsite per week
• Free onsite parking available
