Equitas Academy prepares students for college, careers, and life pursuits, and inspires them to be champions of equity. We currently serve over 2,000 students and operate seven schools, four elementary schools and two middle schools, and a high school in the Pico-Union neighborhood of Los Angeles.The job of the Seasonal Recruiter is to increase visibility in the Pico-Union and surrounding communities through regular recruitment activities (75% of the time), supporting with registration follow-ups (10 % of the time), and supporting school sites with engagement and retention activities (15 % of the time).
