As an Enrollment Services Representative you will be responsible for welcoming and assisting large volumes of customers and students in person, over the phone, and through email. You are a natural problem solver and can troubleshoot issues while adhering to the policies and guidelines. You enjoy being in a busy, active environment and have an extreme attention to detail. You consider yourself a patient "people person," enjoy collaborating with team members, and are comfortable interacting with a diverse population.
This position requires working in the office full time, as well as having the ability to work remotely as required.
