SUMMARY
This position provides direct services to future, new, current and returning students in a face to face, phone and electronic environment. This position provides services to all students in the areas of; admission processing, on boarding, registration navigation and processing, and academic records information. This position processes all documents associated with admission to the college, registration for course work, in bound entrance test scores, transcripts, course schedule adjustments, student status changes, and allied health program test registration. This position provides optimal service to students and to stakeholders in an efficient and timely manner.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required. Minimum one-year relevant full time experience with preference to three years'' experience in a college education setting, or direct service environment. Data entry and the ability to learn customized programs quickly. Customer service and general office experience required. Must be friendly, demonstrate a high level of professionalism in the work environment, and be an excellent communicator (in both written and spoken modes).
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information one-on-one, in a high demand environment, and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, verbal, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
