Job Description:
We are seeking Enrollment Specialists to support customer onboarding, service activation, and field-based enrollment operations across Orange County.
This is an entry-level position with structured training and growth opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Travel between retail and field locations
- Assist customers with enrollment and documentation
- Provide bilingual support (English/Spanish preferred)
- Educate customers on available services and programs
- Maintain accurate records and follow-up tasks
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license required
- Reliable transportation required
- Ability to work at least 3 days per week
- Strong communication skills
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
Compensation:
- Hourly pay: $17–$21/hour
