Enrollment Specialist (School)
Pay Range: $22 - $26 per hour

We are seeking a student‑focused Enrollment Specialist to support prospective students and families throughout the school enrollment process. This role serves as a key point of contact, providing guidance, answering questions, processing applications, and ensuring enrollment records are accurate and complete.

Responsibilities may include:

• Assisting students and families with enrollment applications and requirements
• Verifying documentation and maintaining student records
• Responding to inquiries via phone, email, and in person
• Coordinating with academic and administrative departments
• Ensuring compliance with school policies and enrollment deadlines

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience in enrollment, admissions, education administration, or customer service
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to handle confidential student information appropriately
• Proficiency with data entry and student information systems preferred
