Typical Duties
Student-Facing Support
Enrollment & Records Support
Assist students with admissions and onboarding processes, residency determination, placement, course selection, and registration changes.
Support the preparation, processing, and maintenance of student records, forms, and correspondence.
Handle sensitive student information in compliance with applicable state and federal regulations, including the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA).
Flexible Assignment & Operational Support
Provide support across enrollment and student support functions, including admissions processing, advising support, early college services, veteran-related enrollment activities, and other student-facing operations as assigned.
Adjust assignments based on enrollment cycles, service demand, and staffing needs.
Support onboarding, orientation, outreach, and retention-related activities through follow-up and communication as directed.
