Job Description:
We are looking for an Enrollment Technician to support enrollment operations in an ICHRA environment. This is an entry-level role focused on data accuracy and process execution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform data entry for member enrollment processing
• Maintain and update enrollment records
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of data
• Support internal teams during onboarding and enrollment cycles
Required Qualifications:
• 1+ year of experience in data entry or operations
• Basic knowledge of Excel and MS Office
• Strong attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in healthcare or insurance
• Exposure to Facets
