    Responsibilities

    • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and histories for ENT-related concerns
    • Assist in the diagnosis and management of patients with ear, nose, and throat conditions
    • Perform clinical procedures such as nasal and throat examinations, biopsies, and drainage
    • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans
    • Educate patients and their families on treatment options, self-care, and preventive measures
    • Maintain accurate and detailed medical records in compliance with healthcare regulations
    • Participate in regular staff meetings and continuing education opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge
    Requirements
    • Valid Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner license in the state of practice
    • Master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies or Nursing with a focus on family or acute care
    • Previous experience in ENT, primary care, or related healthcare settings preferred
    • Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
    • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
