ENT Physician | Full-Time

Location: Southbury, Connecticut

A well-established, community-focused healthcare organization in the Southbury, Connecticut area is actively seeking a full-time ENT Physician to join its growing specialty team. This is an excellent opportunity to practice in a supportive, collegial environment with strong referral networks and access to advanced diagnostic and surgical resources.

Position Overview

• Provide comprehensive evaluation and management of ear, nose, and throat conditions in an outpatient setting

• Diagnose and treat a broad range of ENT conditions including sinus disease, hearing loss, voice disorders, allergies, thyroid/parathyroid disorders, and head & neck conditions

• Perform in-office procedures and surgical interventions as appropriate

• Develop individualized treatment plans and coordinate multidisciplinary care

• Collaborate closely with primary care providers and specialty teams

• Interpret diagnostic studies including audiology testing, imaging, and endoscopy

• Maintain timely and accurate documentation in the EMR

• Shared call coverage, depending on interest and team structure

• Opportunities to participate in quality improvement and academic initiatives

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology (ENT)

• Eligible for Connecticut State medical licensure

• Active or eligible DEA registration

• Fellowship training (e.g., head & neck surgery, rhinology, otology) is a plus but not required

• Strong clinical, surgical, communication, and team collaboration skills
