About the Role We are seeking a motivated and efficient Otolaryngologist to join California Sinus Centers, a premier private practice serving a vast territory from Sacramento to Santa Cruz. Led by Rhinology-trained surgeons Dr. Fong and Dr. Vaughan, our group is expanding to meet high patient demand in our Atherton and Sonoma locations. Qualifications Education Medical degree MD or DO from an accredited school of medicine. Certification Board Certified in Otolaryngology or Board Eligible.
Experience New graduates are welcome. We offer significant mentorship and can introduce you to hundreds of referring providers across the region.
Licensure Active California Medical License or eligibility to obtain one.
Preferred Skills While we are seeking a General ENT, we are open to accommodating subspecialty expertise. A candidate interested in Laryngology or Head & Neck Surgery would find a significant underserved market in our Sonoma location.
Key Responsibilities Comprehensive ENT Care Provide full-scope care for patients of all ages, including pediatric cases, tubes, tonsils, adenoids, and general head & neck sinus and ear pathology.
Surgical Management Access to ample block time at the Waverly Surgery Center, 4 ORs in Palo Alto and El Camino Community Hospital Main OR and Surgery Center.
Support Suite Work with a dedicated team, including MAs and Scribes, who handle prescription prep, inbox tasks, and prior authorizations.
Call Coverage No Hospital Call. Physicians cover after-hours calls for their own patients only. Due to high surgical outcomes, calls are rare and typically involve minor pharmacy requests. ENT emergencies are diverted to Stanford or UCSF.

Salary Range The salary range for this role is $300,000-$325,000 in base pay, exclusive of any bonuses or benefits. The base pay offered will be determined based on relevant factors, such as experience, education, and geographic location.
