Key Responsibilities
• Provide comprehensive general ENT care across both clinical and surgical settings. • Maintain a balanced weekly schedule consisting of four days in the clinic and one day in the OR. • Perform a variety of office procedures, including: • Tubes cerumen removal • Myringoplasties (ear drum repair) • Intratympanic steroid injections • Endoscopic debridements • Balloon sinuplasties • Cryoblations • Oral biopsies • Flexlaryngoscopies • Needle biopsies • Nasal fracture reductions • Laser tongue ties • Removal of small masses under local anesthesia • Leverage the flexibility to lean into specific sub-specialties or procedures of interest. • Maintain accurate and thorough documentation in compliance with practice and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
• Board certified or board eligible in Otolaryngology (ENT). • Active California medical license or the willingness to obtain one. • A collaborative spirit and a desire to work within a multidisciplinary team.

Salary Range
The salary range for this role is $300,000 to $350,000 in base pay, exclusive of any bonuses or benefits. The base pay offered will be determined based on relevant factors such as experience, education, and geographic location.
