Careerscape is recruiting on behalf of our client, a fast-growing fitness company, for an Enterprise Account Executive to drive new business with large corporate, gym chain, and institutional accounts. This is a high-visibility, quota-carrying role for a seasoned sales professional who knows how to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder deals and close six- and seven-figure partnerships with organizations looking to invest in employee wellness and fitness solutions.
Day to day you will be building relationships with HR leaders, benefits directors, and operations executives, running a full sales cycle from prospecting through contract negotiation, and collaborating closely with marketing and customer success to keep the pipeline healthy. Responsibilities
Identify and prospect enterprise-level accounts within target verticals
Build and manage a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities
Lead the full sales cycle from initial outreach to contract signature
Deliver compelling product presentations to senior decision makers
Negotiate pricing, terms, and service agreements with enterprise clients
Collaborate with marketing on account-based campaigns and outreach strategy
Partner with customer success to ensure smooth onboarding and renewals
Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline data in the CRM
Attend industry events and conferences to generate new business leads
Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets
Requirements
5+ years of experience in enterprise or B2B sales
Proven track record of closing large, complex deals
Experience selling into HR, benefits, or wellness stakeholders preferred
Strong presentation and negotiation skills
Proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce
Ability to manage a full sales cycle independently
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
Willingness to work on-site and travel as needed for client meetings
