Enterprise Account Executive
Salary: $140,000 - $175,000 Base (OTE: $280,000 - $350,000) + Generous Equity
Location: New York (On-site: 5 days/week)
Our client is looking for an Enterprise Account Executive with 8–12 years of experience to be a cornerstone of their US growth. This is not a "maintenance" role; we need a hungry, curious, and rigorous individual who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and is ready to drive six-figure deals from prospecting to close.
Drive the Full Cycle: Manage the end-to-end sales process for enterprise accounts (5,000+ employees).
The Hunter Mentality: Proactively manage a pipeline that is roughly 70% outbound and 30% inbound.
Navigate Complexity: Manage multi-stakeholder deals with long sales cycles, engaging directly with HR/TA leaders and C-suite executives.
Champion the Value Prop: Master the nuances of our client’s AI-native product to solve deep-seated pain points in the recruitment and talent industry.
Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with the CEO and the GTM team to refine and execute the US sales strategy.
B2B SaaS Expert: You have 8–12 years of experience closing complex, six-figure enterprise deals.
Startup Native: You have a proven track record in high-growth, Series A–C environments. You understand the "all hands on deck" culture.
AI Savvy: Experience selling AI-native products is highly preferred.
Character: You are defined by your intensity, rigor, and genuine curiosity. You don’t just sell; you understand the "why" behind the product.
Local: You are based in NYC and ready to collaborate in-person 5 days a week.
