San Francisco (Onsite)
We're working with an early-stage, well-funded startup building an AI-driven product designed to help revenue teams make faster, better decisions.
The company is looking for an Enterprise Account Executive to help grow its enterprise business and work directly with senior revenue leaders at prospective customers.
This is a hands-on role for someone who knows how to create opportunities, run strong discovery, navigate complex organizations, and close enterprise deals. You'll own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close and have a meaningful role in shaping the company's enterprise sales motion as it grows.
This is a good opportunity for someone who wants to join early and help build the playbook rather than inherit one.
What You'll Do
- Own the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting through close
- Build relationships with CROs, VPs of Sales, Revenue Operations leaders, and other senior stakeholders
- Run discovery to understand a customer's business, challenges, priorities, and current workflows
- Build compelling business cases and connect the product to measurable customer outcomes
- Navigate complex buying processes involving multiple stakeholders
- Generate and manage your own pipeline
- Lead product evaluations, presentations, and executive conversations
- Work closely with the founders and product team throughout the sales process
- Bring customer and market feedback back to the team
- Help shape messaging, account strategy, sales processes, and the broader enterprise GTM playbook
What We're Looking For
- 6+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience with meaningful enterprise experience
- Proven success owning and closing complex enterprise deals
- Experience selling to senior executives and navigating multiple stakeholders
- Strong discovery skills and the ability to understand the business problem before jumping into a demo
- Ability to translate a technical product into a clear business case
- Comfortable prospecting and creating your own opportunities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable operating in an early-stage environment where the process is still being built
- High level of ownership and ability to operate independently
Nice to Have
- Experience selling to CROs, Sales, Revenue Operations, or other GTM organizations
- Background in revenue intelligence, sales technology, CRM, analytics, or other GTM software
- Experience selling AI-powered or technically complex products
- Experience at an early-stage or high-growth startup
- Experience helping build or refine an enterprise sales motion
Who Will Do Well Here
Someone who has successfully sold enterprise software but still enjoys building pipeline, getting into the details of deals, and figuring things out.
You should be comfortable talking with executives, running thoughtful discovery, building a business case, and managing a complicated sales process from beginning to end.
This isn't a role where everything has already been built for you. You'll have the opportunity to help shape how the company sells, who it targets, and how the enterprise motion develops as the business grows.
