What You Will Do
- Identify and grow new business opportunities across both untapped and existing accounts.
- Build tailored account and territory plans to maximize revenue and customer impact.
- Understand each customers technology goals, business priorities, and talent initiatives, and position Pluralsight as their trusted partner.
- Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and communicate effectively with senior executives, including C-Suite and technology leaders.
- Partner with cross-functional teams including business development, customer success, marketing, product, and sales engineering to deliver value.
- Travel as needed to strengthen relationships and advance strategic sales opportunities.
Who You Are
- You have 7+ years of enterprise sales experience, preferably selling complex SaaS solutions.
- You have a proven record of exceeding $1M revenue targets and closing six-figure deals.
- You thrive on hunting for new opportunities and turning them into long-term relationships.
- You are skilled at navigating multi-stakeholder enterprise environments and engaging senior executives.
- You are familiar with MEDDPICC or a similar value-based selling framework.
- SaaS and enterprise software experience is required; EdTech experience is a plus.
- You communicate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
