Here's the Role:
LCRA is seeking an Enterprise AI Application Architect Lead to spearhead the build and implementation of LCRA’s AI systems. You will coordinate the development and training of machine learning models, AI agents, and LLM models, ensuring they perform flawlessly to meet business needs. Your role will combine technical expertise with leadership excellence to develop and enforce enterprise AI protocols. We want someone who will introduce technological innovation safely, sustainably, and in strict alignment with established guidelines. This is an outstanding opportunity to lead all aspects of our ambitious AI adoption strategy, ensuring our solutions are rapid, reliable, and secure.
How You’ll Contribute:
- Assist with implementing and maintaining AI governance tools, including AI inventories and shadow AI monitoring.
- Develop and train others on procedures to support AI lifecycle management.
- Build protocols for training AI models, including AI agents.
- Audit and assist in training AI models, ensuring they meet our world-class standards.
- Review, expand, build, and help enforce AI technology standards and controls within our systems.
- Work with Cybersecurity to assess and confirm that AI technology adoption standards and controls meet compliance requirements.
How You’re Qualified:
- Twelve or more years of experience in network architecture, engineering, cybersecurity, or network systems design, including large-scale enterprise environments, commercial carrier networks, or related field or other relevant experience.
- A degree(s) in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or relevant field may be substituted per LCRA guidelines for certain years of experience.
- Driver's license
How You’ll Stand Out:
- Proven experience and expertise in crafting AI architectures both on-premise and in the cloud.
- Knowledge of deep learning frameworks and programming languages such as Python and Java.
- Two years of experience building AI agents and knowledge of guidelines.
- Three years of experience in, and knowledge of, auditing LLM performance.
- Training experience to develop future AI leaders.
- AI management certification or related credentials will set you apart!
