SYSTEMTEC is seeking an Enterprise Application Developer for a hybrid opportunity in Columbia, SC. The Candidate will support the modernization, enhancement, and ongoing maintenance of enterprise business applications and critical operational systems. This role will focus on full-stack development, system integrations, DevOps automation, and application modernization initiatives while collaborating with technical and business stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable, and reliable solutions.

Required Qualifications for the Enterprise Application Developer:
  • Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to provide sponsorship or work with Third-Party agencies.
  • 3+ years of experience developing modern web applications using Angular, PrimeNG, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • 3+ years of experience developing RESTful APIs and backend services using ASP.NET Core.
  • 3+ years of experience working with Microsoft SQL Server, including database design, data modeling, stored procedures, query optimization, and troubleshooting.
  • 3+ years of experience implementing DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment automation.
  • 5+ years of experience performing both manual and automated testing throughout the software development lifecycle.
  • 3+ years of experience creating and maintaining technical documentation.
  • Familiarity with data privacy, security, and regulatory compliance requirements in enterprise environments.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills with the ability to support complex application environments.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams while managing priorities with limited supervision.
Preferred Skills/Experience of the Enterprise Application Developer:
  • Experience working within regulated environments and supporting compliance initiatives.
  • Knowledge of security frameworks and standards such as NIST, HIPAA, CJIS, or similar.
  • Experience supporting enterprise software implementation and modernization projects.
  • Familiarity with Power BI, reporting platforms, or data integration solutions.
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure or other cloud technologies.
  • Experience with SharePoint or enterprise collaboration platforms.
Responsibilities of the Enterprise Application Developer:
  • Design, develop, enhance, and maintain enterprise web applications and backend services using modern development frameworks and technologies.
  • Build and support API integrations, database solutions, and automated deployment pipelines to ensure reliable application performance.
  • Perform manual and automated testing, troubleshoot system issues, and support production releases and application upgrades.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, deployment procedures, and development standards.
  • Participate in modernization initiatives, including refactoring legacy applications, improving system performance, and automating business processes.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, project teams, and technical staff to deliver secure, scalable, and compliant technology solutions.
Work Location: Hybrid work arrangement Columbia, SC. 4 days onsite and 1 day remote per week after initial onboarding period.
