Job Title: Enterprise Architect

Position Overview
"Navitas Partners, LLC" is seeking a highly experienced Enterprise Architect to lead the design, implementation, and governance of an enterprise-scale Azure cloud platform aligned with Microsoft Cloud Adoption Framework (CAF) principles for a large public sector judicial organization in Arizona.
This role provides architectural leadership across cloud domains including landing zone design, governance, security, networking, DevOps, and resilience. The architect will drive modernization initiatives, ensuring a secure, scalable, and compliant cloud environment while supporting a transition toward commercial Azure and/or cloud-agnostic strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead architecture, design, and governance of enterprise Azure cloud platforms
- Design and implement Azure landing zones aligned with Microsoft CAF
- Architect and manage Azure services including VMs, App Services, Storage, and Azure SQL
- Define and enforce identity and access management using Azure AD, RBAC, and Managed Identities
- Implement security, compliance, and governance controls using Azure Policy, Key Vault, and encryption standards
- Establish monitoring, logging, and observability using Azure Monitor and Log Analytics
- Drive Infrastructure as Code adoption (ARM, Bicep, Terraform, or equivalent tools)
- Design scalable networking and hybrid connectivity solutions
- Enable DevOps transformation, CI/CD pipelines, and automation practices
- Support disaster recovery and business continuity planning
- Provide architectural documentation, standards, and knowledge transfer
- Collaborate with technical teams, stakeholders, and leadership on cloud strategy and execution
Required Skills
- Strong Azure cloud architecture and enterprise platform design experience
- Microsoft Cloud Adoption Framework (CAF) expertise
- Enterprise landing zone design and implementation
- Azure core services: Compute, Storage, Networking, and Databases
- Identity and Access Management (Azure AD, RBAC, Managed Identities)

- Demonstrated success in DevOps transformation and automation initiatives
- Experience leading cross-functional architecture programs
Education Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
