The AI Architect is responsible for designing and implementing AI-driven operational intelligence solutions that enhance observability, automation, analytics, and decision-making across enterprise platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Define AI architecture standards and reference models.
Design Generative AI and Machine Learning solutions for IT Operations.
Develop predictive analytics and anomaly detection capabilities.
Integrate AI services with Dynatrace, observability tools, and enterprise data platforms.
Create intelligent operational workflows and automation strategies.
Drive adoption of AI-assisted troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
Collaborate with Data Science, Platform Engineering, and SRE teams.
Ensure AI solutions comply with governance, security, and ethical AI standards.

The Enterprise Architect defines the strategic vision, governance, and roadmap for enterprise observability, AI-enabled operations, and monitoring platforms. The role ensures alignment between business objectives, technology strategy, cloud transformation, and operational resilience initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Define enterprise-wide observability and operational intelligence strategies.
Establish architecture standards, governance frameworks, and technology roadmaps.
Lead design and adoption of enterprise observability platforms and services.
Drive integration of AI and AIOps capabilities into enterprise operations.
Provide architectural oversight for cloud, hybrid, and on-premise monitoring solutions.
Define enterprise standards for monitoring, logging, tracing, and service reliability.
Collaborate with engineering, operations, security, and business stakeholders.
Evaluate emerging observability and AI technologies.
