Define the end-to-end solution architecture and integration patterns across ServiceNow, Jenkins, GitHub, Terraform, Ansible, and Delinea Secret Server.
Lead design reviews and ensure alignment to Central Hudson
ServiceNow Catalog (10 Items) – including workflow diagrams per catalog item, integration
specifications (ServiceNow-to-Jenkins and ServiceNow CMDB update logic), High-Level
Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) documents, and a CMDB Mapping Document
defining CI classes, attributes, relationship rules, source-of-truth determinations, and
reconciliation logic.
T-shirt Size Definition Document — documenting approved VM sizing configurations (up to
three sizes per platform) for Azure and VMware vSphere, including Terraform variable
definitions and ServiceNow dropdown values for catalog Items.
