As an Individual Contributor, this role serves as a senior technology leader responsible for aligning the organization's business strategy with its technology landscape. This role ensures that the enterprise's systems, applications, and technologies are designed and integrated to deliver efficiency, resiliency, and scalability, while supporting regulatory compliance, security, and strategic growth. This role provides a holistic view of the enterprise architecture and serves as a trusted advisor to executives, technology teams, and business stakeholders.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or a related field. Equivalent work experience or certification(s) may be considered in lieu of degree.
Master's degree or professional certifications (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman, AWS/Azure Architect) preferred.
Level is dependent on years of experience and size/complexity of prior positions held. Minimum 10 years of experience in progressive IT roles, with at least 5 years in architecture or senior technology leadership.
Preferred Qualifications
Proven track record in developing and governing enterprise-wide architecture in complex organizations.
Experience in financial services or highly regulated industries is strongly preferred.
Expertise in enterprise architecture frameworks and methodologies.
Knowledge of business ecosystems, SaaS, infrastructure as a service (IaaS), platform as a service (PaaS), Service Oriented Architecture (SOA), APIs, open data, microservices, event-driven IT and predictive analytics.
Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid architectures.
Strong understanding of integration patterns, APIs, data management, and security frameworks.
Knowledge of emerging technologies such as AI, data fabric, and digital platforms.
